The origin from the Nemanjic dynasty

The origin from the holy lineage of the Nemanjić dynasty

HRH Crown Prince Alexander and the other members of the Royal family originate from the holy lineage of the Nemanjić dynasty.

This connection of the two dynastyes (one that created Serbian state in the middle Ages and other that founded modern Serbian state) happened when HM King Alexander I married HM Queen Maria.
