Delegation of the Kingdom of Serbia Association had the honor to be guest of our friends – ANRM (the National Alliance for the Restoration of Monarchy) monarchist organizations from Romania, on their 4th Congress, which was held on May 10th, 2016 in hotel “Palas Sinaia” in the old Royal city Siania.
The Association was represented by Mr. Mario Majstorović, President of the Association, Mr. Andrija Šošić, member of the Managing Board and Mr. Saša Šušić, President of the Executive Board.
Our Association was honored by getting a central place at the event, which began with performance of Romanian national anthem and original anthem of the Kingdom of Serbia, after which the audience was addressed by Mr. Majstorovic.
On this occasion, he talked about the history and the foundation of the Association, how from the Royal youth we become the largest non-governmental organization in Serbia, about our work and experiences, as well as the goals we want to achieve. Mr. Majstorovic also highlighted the traditional bonds of friendship between our two countries and the Romanian and Serbian people, which are crowned by kinship of our Royal Families.
After that, Mr. Majstorovic delivered gifts to the representatives of the ANRM, and they in return gave us the original picture of HM King Peter II and the ceremonial flag of the Kingdom of Romania.
ANRM had for long time observed the activities of the Kingdom of Serbia Association. In our work they see the model which they want to use to interest a larger number of people in their country in order to achieve our common goal. We will be very pleased to use our experience, work and suggestions to help our friendly organization. On this occasion, a cooperation agreement was signed between our two organizations by Mr. Cătălin Șerban in front of ANRM and Mr. Majstorovic in front of the Kingdom of Serbia.
Filled with enthusiasm and with faith in success, we will continue our work until we achieve our common goal!
We would like to once more express our gratitude to our hosts for the excellent reception and the exquisite organization of the Congress, and we emphasize our belief that we will make a major contribution to our friends in the restoration of the monarchy in Romania!
