HRH Prince Alexander, the youngest son of HRH Crown Prince Alexander, has married his fiancée Dr Vesna Jelić, who now holds the title Her Royal Highness Princess Dr Vesna of Serbia.
The solemn church wedding took place on Saturday, 20 September, in the presence of close family and friends. The best men were the groom’s brother, HRH Hereditary Prince Philip, and the bride’s brother, Aleksandar Jelić.
The civil ceremony was held two weeks earlier, on 6 September, at the Royal Palace in Belgrade, a symbolic date marking the birthday of the groom’s grandfather, HM King Peter II. The Royal Family of Serbia warmly welcomed Princess Vesna and wished the couple love, happiness, and prosperity in their life together.
