The Delegation of the Kingdom of Serbia Association, on its way to Hilandar, visited the Serb military cemetery in Thessaloniki on 29 October 2018 and paid tribute to the heroes of the army of the Kingdom of Serbia who are buried there.
We were pleased that the keeper of the cemetery Zejtinlik, Djordje Mihajlovic welcomed us, who in his 90’s continues to keep our suffering ancestors with love and dedication.
President of the Association, Mr. Mario Majstorović, presented on this occasion a gift for Mr. Mihajlovic, a picture of the Knightly King Alexander.
On the same day, we also visited the church of St. Dimitry and bowed to the Holy Remains of the patron saint of Thessalonica, whose days are exactly marked in this city.
