Members of Kingdom of Serbia Association’s Municipal Committee in Indjija have traditionally participated in the preparation of the Yule logs for the temple of the Dormition of the Mother of God in Ljukovo.
After the prayer, the first Christmas block was cut by reverend father Nemanja Martinovic, elder priest of the temple, who is also member of the Association.
In Serbian tradition, for Yule logs are used young oak trees called “badnjak”.
