On this day 20 years ago, April 9th, 1999 began one of the bloodiest battles of the war in Kosovo – Battle on Košare, where the defenders of the Yugoslav Army demonstrated exceptional courage, self-sacrifice and heroism in defense of the Fatherland!
Eternal glory to the heroes who gave their lives in the hell on Košare, and let there finally be deserved recognition to the surviving heroes who have all these years been exposed to neglect and oblivion!
