Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander and Crown Princess Katherine visited Sremska Mitrovica on August 5th 2016. Members of the Kingdom of Serbia Association’s Committees from the Srem region welcomed the Royal Couple.
Their Royal Highnesses delivered food and clothing to the representatives of the Office for Poverty Reduction, and they will distribute it to the members of the poorest families in this city.
The distinguished guests were welcomed by the mayor, Mr. Vladimir Petković with his closest associates.
In front of the Municipal Assembly of Sremska Mitrovica, the Royal couple was presented traditional bread and salt, and the church choir “Blessing” performed the original, monarchist version of the Serbian anthem which drew strong applause.
Members of the Kingdom of Serbia Association wore KS banners and flags, as well as the pictures of the Royal couple, which was very well organized by Mr. Dragan Bozic, president of the Sremska Mitrovica Committee.
Mr. Predrag Medenica, KS Executive Board’s Vice President for the Vojvodina Region was also present.
Kingdom of Serbia Association thanks “MC SREM” Moto Club, whose members waited at the entrance to the city for the Royal Castle and accompanied them to the city center.

Apart from Sremska Mitrovica, the Royal couple also visited Sombor and Ruma, delivering humanitarian aid worth over 27,000 Euros. More on LINK
