Organized by the Kingdom of Serbia Association Municipal Board Koceljeva the second Royal football tournament which this year was dedicated to Hereditary Prince Peter was held on Saturday.
The tournament was attended by 12 teams from all over Serbia and at the start of the tournament the participants and the audience were greeted by the Koceljeva Mayor Mr. Dusan Ilincic, Mr. Sasa Susic, the Kingdom of Serbia Association Executive Board chairman and the deacon Savo Zdero, the Kingdom of Serbia Association Western Serbia Executive Board vice president.
Within the tournament two humanitarian actions were organized, blood donation and organ bequesting action “Prolong Life”.
The tournament was finished in the evening in the presence of Crown Prince Alexander’s delegate, Mr. Predrag Markovic, a member of the Crown Council, who awarded the trophies and prizes on behalf of His Royal Highness. The present were also addressed by Mr. Mario Majstorovic, the president of the Kingdom of Serbia Association. Closing ceremony was attended by Mr. Veroljub Matic, MP, and the Mayor of Koceljeva Mr. Dusan Ilincic. The first place in the tournament went to the team “Grill Pekarac” from Koceljeva, the second place to the team of the Kingdom of Serbia Association Municipal Board Arilje, while the third place went to the team “Rauch Serbia” from Koceljeva.
