Finally the decades of the injustice to the commander of the Yugoslav Army in the Fatherland, General Dragoljub Mihailovic, one of the most decorated officers in the history of Serbia, the first guerrilla in the enslaved Europe, Serbian Chicha (Draza’s nickname meaning “Uncle”) is corrected!
On this day, May 14th 2015, General Dragoljub Mihailovic is rehabilitated by the High court in Belgrade’s decision, so finally his name is also legally cleared. The Commander of the Yugoslav Army in the Fatherland has finally received justice in court! There is no right of appeal on this decision, according to the Law on the rehabilitation, so it is final and cannot be altered!
The immortal and glorious general Mihailovic has finally found his peace!
