The Kingdom of Serbia Association had the honor to receive “Key of the Shelter” in the new premises of the Children’s Shelter of Belgrade on March 20, 2019, as a expression of gratitude for assistance and support.
On behalf of the President of the Association, the key was received by Mr. Srdjan Radojevic, and in the delegation was also Miss Teodora Kamidzorac.
The Children’s Shelters of Belgrade finally received a new, long desired space at the address of Živko Davidović br. 64, and our cooperation was accomplished by organizing the humanitarian football match on November 11, 2018.
The Children’s Shelter Belgrade is an institution under the jurisdiction of the Secretariat for Social Protection of the City of Belgrade, which takes care of the most sensitive categories of young people from Belgrade, as well as all of Serbia who are on the territory of Belgrade, aged 7 to 18, among whom are victims of violence, abuse and neglect , victims of human trafficking, children without parental care, street children. Since 1958, over 70,000 children have been taken care of.
