Members of the Kosovo’s KPS haven’t allowed us to bring the humanitarian aid on the territory of Kosovo, due to some procedural errors, and we took it to the Koncul monastery, dedicated to St. Nicolas near Raska. It will be distributed from there to our people in Kosovo and Metohija in the next few days.

On the first day of this pilgrimage, members of the Association visited the Visoki Decani, Patriarchate in Pec and the monastery Zočište.

This day ended in Velika Hoca, where our friendly hosts prepared dinner and where our members spent the night in the houses of these people. We use this opportunity to thank our hosts for their extraordinary hospitality!

On Sunday morning we attended the Holy Liturgy at the Holy Archangels Monastery, after which the members of the Association had the opportunity to meet and talk with Father Michael, prior of the monastery.

In Prizren, we first visited the Our Lady of Ljevis church, and then we walked to the cathedral in the city center.

Tour of our sacred places completed in Gracanica monastery, and after visiting the monastery members of the Association went to Gazimestan, where they paid tribute to Saint Prince Lazar and his heroes from the Battle in Kosovo (1389 AD).

This trip it was realized in cooperation with the Serbian Government‘s Office for Kosovo and Metohija, which on this occasion we thank.

The Kingdom of Serbia Association owe special thanks to our great friend, Mr. Zlatkovic from Velika Plana, who provided a large contingent of aid to affected populations in Kosovo.
